Just out of curiosity mainly, but how do you get this effect on your rims?

You can't fit tyres to oversize rims, it's not allowed and if a tyre shop did it they'd be open to prosecution. But you can get some of this by fitting tyres to the largest rim size they are permitted (listed by the manufacturer). But the car in the photo appears to be racing and taking a corner so it is likely to be the side loading which makes it look that extreme.

That look is achieved by running 10x7 split rim alloys
