It used to be a white black cooper S with black bonnet stripes. Used to get very hot in there so I installed a full length sunroof. Later on when the rust started to come through as it inevitably does I decided on a new look as i needed new panels anyway. Hence the funky pearl job, the mk 1 front and custom boot lid. Doing the roof was too hassly with the sunroof and more expensive so I left it!! Apart from that - the big black sunroof would look a bit mad on a white/pink roof.
You only get hints of the pink in certain types of weather so most of the time it looks white.
I do plan to re-do the alloys in black to try and even it up a tad!! Inside is pink and black as I cant afford to recover the seats to match up - me pension doesnt stretch that far!!
So there

Don't encourage us old folk to reminisce ... we go off at huge tangents and never come back.
And don't say just as well. Oh, you did. :whitething:

I do have a CD multichanger roaming around under the seat - its wired up but not bolted in yet and has free run of the mini, along with some empty crisp packets, water bottles, sweetie wrappers.....etc....!!!
Its not a high tech thing - but better than the old gramaphone!! and you can just about hear it over the exhaust!! :erm:
