Sills Question

is it acceptable to cut drainage holes in my horrible oversills..
it seems that the condensation is deciding to pop out out of my floor panels and make the carpets wet.
im pretty sure original sills had drainage holes already?
and P.S. if you ever want to replace sills, do it properly, as poor idiots like myself end up with the disaster! haha

Just fill them with foam. Fixed the problem of them filling with water then.
