Are these dry or hydro mounts and what year is this car? im completely confused now...

it takes a 4 bolt subby. the car must be an early 70's car i reckon

i think they can be dry or hydro to be honest. front subbys are universal with regards to wet or dry.

I'm almost certain that would originally be a dry suspension car, I believe hydro was only around in the 60s, and I'm with Miniboo, that car is from the 70s.

It's a Mk3. A late one because it doesn't have drip rails over the doors. Solid mounted subframes. Dry or hydro and subframe mounting type don't relate to each other.
