It is perfectly possible (sometimes a little tricky) to remove the radius arms and leave the trumpets and cones in place, but you do need to remove the corner bracket which probably equals seized bolts which equals more work that you won't want to do.
I really would not have got 3 of them out without taking the radius arms off, period. In fact, even when the radius arms were off it was a considerable struggle and they left some of the rubber cone stuck to the subframe.

when its undone the radius arm swings lower, it the release the trumpet from the ball coupling on the radius arm, should then "just" have enough space to knock the trimpet out usualy along with the rubber doughnut

when its undone the radius arm swings lower, it the release the trumpet from the ball coupling on the radius arm, should then "just" have enough space to knock the trimpet out usualy along with the rubber doughnut

thats how i did it.....along with spraying wd40 betweencone + trumpet n hitting the trumpet towards the knuckle...eventually popped off 3-5min...

My advice to anyone who has 20 year old cones; replace them!
