I have a 1275 engine block and was hoping to bore it to 1293 but on closer inspection it appears that the bores have liners in when viewed from underneath, are these liners or is it just meant to be like that?

I am going to try and go for about 130-140 hp with a turbo but was wondering if the liners (if they are liners) would be ok for that sort of tune.

Boring a liner to +20 thou should be fine
