I'll be honest with you, unless your going to go to a bigger bore... 1293+ your not going to get much more than 70bhp from a 1275 on a road cam.

I'd personally go for the SW5-07 if you want a new cam, an the SW5 is a nice cam, and will nice in any engine in all honesty. As for the rest of the engine spec, change the final drive to a 3.2 and this will give you the best of both worlds

im after a top cam to give me lots of bhp i thrash my car aroudn town a lot ! so something quick but prefere the power up past second gear think i'd rather have a top end cam for more speed on motorways eventually as my gearbox is goin after x mas im gonna save for the bmw biek head conversion so somethignt hat will compliment that really possibly bore the block at the same time who knows.

If you are going for the BMW head conversion then you may as well save your money and spend it on cams for the 16v head. Unless it will be a while before you do the conversion
