i got no ice in my car at mo but i like the idea of puttin a sub here

what is the biggest sub you could fit in that area?

the mini bug, if u cant be bothered to make a box to fit there (the one in the boot that is) a company called auto acoustics will make u one. (www.autoacoustics.com) i saw the add in max power just after reading the post!

yeh i sell auto acoustics stuff at work, they make stuff like stealth parcel shelves for plastic boxes (newer superminis). good quality from what ive seen so far

right for sound up front get soem metro door pods cut the fronts off, now make some mdf rings out of 10mm mdf (or how ever deep u need to mount ur speakers) and use it as a spacer and then you can mount 6.5" speakers up front!
if you want to see a pic let me know. but it does work! even though people said you cant do it.

speaker look good not to sure about all that wiring i can see though!!!!!

if you want front speakers you can get a console to go under the dash on either side, will get info of company tomorrow as mag is in work. :wales:

how easy is it to replace the air vents with speakers?

how big are the speakers that fit in them?

air vernts not too bad, you needa full length dash, just block off the fresh air vents and then mount the speakers biggest is about 4" i think with out mods.

my wirings a bit iffy as there was now ice at all in Dougal, not any wiring for any or anything! its all scratch done so it i was done for ease not neatness.

wont get any to fit flush into door! too shallow, need to have some kind of pod for magnet.
