Iv seen them twice now. 1st time was at Download festival, I didnt think they were very good, put it down to the fact it was an open air performance, 1st band on the 1st day etc
However I saw them in Bristol at the tail end of last year supporting Devin Townsend, I was still disapointed. Musicly its there but the vocals just seem washed out.

Vocals washed up? Behave yourself how many bands get to 9 full length albums 1 being a gold record! numerous remixes and still going, Burton Bells lyrical range is awesome to write so many songs takes a lot of knowledge. Oh and they were a double bill with Devin Townsend not supporting him.

Alright... chill winston, guess the heats getting to you.
Im not raggin on them by any means, one of my favourite bands also. but the vocals going from the more shouty verses to the harmonised/clean singing in the chorus' were washed away or lost over the levels, however you want to word it. Now of course you dont expect the live performance to be the same as the album otherwise you may aswell just play the CD inside a massive room full of sweaty blokes, the recording and mixing of the albums take a long time for a reason.
And maybe I was a little over exagurating saying i was disapointed by them. It was still a bloody good show.
