
Wheel Bearing Change

How hard is it to change the front wheel bearings? '92 City E on Standard 8.4 Setup.

There a doddle. Just make sure you have a good ball joint seperator, and something suitable to drift the outer races of the earings from the hubs

It doesn't have to be a problem, I'd have a go if it doesn't want to play just pop it back together 'n call in the A team

1 5/16" socket, you won't need new balls but you might hole the rubbers - you can buy them for pence

That bar locks it against the floor, so you can undo it without having an assistant standing on the brakes. Very very simple to make as well.

Ollie, just out of curitosity how long did your bearings last with 13's?
bout 9 /10 mouths but i do push it round corners alot
