You have to tell them what cars you've got,and when you buy and sell them.

what if i were to say i work with cars rather than sell them and i didnt know what car id be moving around from day to day e.g detailer or mechanic

you would still need records of cars you work on, invoices for your work done, and dates when they were in your care etc, plus trading address etc? if you say you are a full time chef, then they will prob think you won't be doing much work with cars in your spare time?
