Sorry, meant voltmeter. I think it will be the alternator rather than the battery as the battery was new at beginning of December, not a garuantee it will be perfect I know, but should be better than the alternator!!

As you probably know as you have already said, Minispares are doing them for £60 for 1980-1996 model with a 70 amp output. There in this months MiniWorld mag.

Yea, had a flick through there earlier today as I'm looking for some original bucket seat/s. I did notice them in there, I'll either buy from MiniSpares or MiniSpeed, both have been my preferred suppliers for quite a while!!
