Could it have been caused by being in a drafty room? After all, in every picture I've seen of you in your posts you're naked, so that could cause it??

the reason i have my tops of in pictures is because it gets seriously hot and even when i open my windows its boilin

Run your fingers quite hard along the back of the shoulder just before the neck, you will feel like bobbles if that makes sense (this are tension knots) massage them really hard it will feel like a pleasure pain at the same time you will feel this popping, and maybe see the muscle moving this is realiseing the pressure, do the same running up the spinal cord all way up your neck and behind the ears.
