Sorry for a stupid question, but are the various z car models categorised into conventional insurance groups for road use?

and can anyone give me a rough idea of how much roughly you would epect to pay if hypathetically; you've been driving for five years and have a full no-claims for that period?

thanks very much (Y)

I don't think they fall in an insurance group at all. They are usually under a kit car type policy. For most people i know of who have insured one with a minimum total loss value ltd mileage etc it's been around the 300-400 mark.

With mine they weren't interested in my no claims as it was a specialist policy and would not count.
