Oh - and I can't get the DAMN parcel shelf out, to re-cover it!!! :) HELP! lol :)

Lift the seat back forwards.

He'd look even better with chrome rear quarter windows.

Yep, it's only a big hook so should be easy enough to see what's going on.

gottit! :)

The big hook was bent :)

I looked at the frames on the ones i took out and the hook was straight

So the hook was just sitting on top of the bar, instead of clicking into it.

fixed now tho ;)

I managed to get the top dash rail out, this evening  With the windscreen in place :xxx:

Aaaannd... I think the centre clocks will happen some time next week :!:

Pikey's gonna be a legend (again) and do it for me help me :xxx:

Got lots of bits to order tomorrow. Speedo cable, T-piece, pipe for the oil pressure gauge, etc. Mike's got the wiring pretty much sussed, with a lickle cheeky mod to the centre speedo, to make it more useful! :xxx:

AAAANNNDDD...

for the record I'd just like to say that Mike offered to do it, I didn't give him grief!! :genius:

And I know he won't post here, so he can't say any different

Nuuuuurrrrrrrrrrr :xxx:

Never a moment's peace :shy:

If anyone can help me, I'd be more than grateful!!! :D

So..

Earlier today I took Reggie out and noticed a clunk every now and then, from the engine bay. It sounds like the engine moving back and forwards. Sometimes it's just once, others its a quick succession of clunks!

I checked the engine steady and that's fine, and there's not alot of movement in the engine itself. I can feel something through my feet when it does it though?

And..

I have a weird grinding noise coming from the front offside wheel. Only really noticeable at slow speeds, when pulling to a stop, or pulling away. When the brakes are applied, it seems to get much worse. The grinding speed and noise changes with the speed of the wheels turning.

Also..

Reggie's idling speeds have gone bizarre. Yesterday, he was idling really high and today he seems to be idling really low. I've not touched anything, so I don't see why it should have changed. He runs fine when he's going though. (Infact, he's running better than ever!)

Finally..

He's eating my money in petrol! Other than getting him tweaked at a rolling roady place, is there anything that I can do? He was found to be running rich at Southam, but he's just going through petrol way too fast!

Check your vac pipes, they could cause your fuel and idle problems.
