i'm playing with the idea of getting some bucket seats in my new mini, never had the heart to do it with my cooper but now i feel its time to be done in the "lil FKR"!

I am after something pretty plain, thinking black, and quite like the look of the Cobra clubman, was just wondering if anyone has these seats and cud give me anyfeed back on them, or if anyone has any other recommendations.
Thanks peps,

In my thirty I have low back Corbeau bucket seats and I definitely feel these are the way to go as they are very comfy and supportive.

ok, cheers, have u got any pics at all, if not no worry
Hi picture below not the best view but only what I have to hand.
I bought these from Minispeed and have had no problems with the items I have bought from them. I also use Minisport and Mini Spares both recommended.

To fit it is just a matter of unbolting the original seats and using the same bolts and fixings to put the new seats in - very easy.

Let us know what seats you go for??!!?
(Don't worry about asking questions we all do and its better to ask and get things right the first time... As I am on my second mini I roughly know what I'm doing with them!!)

I have a set of the Cobra Clubman Sports, Nice and soft to start with and you can choose the colour of piping. They cost £249 from Huddersfield Spares (with subframes) and the delivery was pretty good. I'd say huddersfield were cheapest for seat sets (unless you goto Mamba!)

I picked up some Cobra Daytonas for £200 (the pair) out of Loot. They are more comfortable than anything I've ever sat in.
Check out the official website: Cobra Daytona
Good luck...

They actually look wider than the Opus at the shoulder, so the Opus should fit really well.
The Sidewinder shoulder pads from both seats meet together (but don't touch) in the centre, so one's access to the rear while sitting in the seats is a tiny bit reduced.
Head room and leg space actually seem improved with the Sidewinders, as you sit deeper down in them than in usual Mini seats. The leg supports are also great.
Cheers,
