i have different areas for rage..my road rage if someone is annoying me i tend to let it build up then i shout abuse or punch my steering wheel....other things in everyday life tend to see random objects being kicked or thrown..also a few doors kicked through and holes being punched in things...otherwise i'm quite laid back

usually takes a lot to get me going but when i do i tend to just blow up and get it all out, then things calm down again. its not really a conscious thing, it just feels so much better to get it all out.

i do tend to smash things around but i dont like to lash out at people.

funny story... got angry with my mobile phone once, stormed out onto the patio, threw it on the ground, picked up the nearest heavy object and threw it at the phone. trouble was, the nearest heavy object was a 12inch wheel and tyre  good lord, those things can bounce :dontgetit:

in the car, if I'm being impatient, i tend to just sit there mumbling all the usual stuff :dontgetit:

I do know what you mean - it looked nice out this morning, so I thought I'd leave it out all day...

My friend got annoyed and put his hand through his bedroom door, not clever as he got shards of wood etc in his hand and lots of blood :dontgetit:

Its depends why you get annoyed i think! If its something like, i hit my finger with a hammer i generally swear a bit, mainly at the hammer, then throw it on the floor and hold my finger going oh :xxx:

If its something someone has done then generally i just have a bit of a moan then walk away otherwise i would probably get a bit agressive, then i just go and do not much really

Traffic winds me up when im driving, especially when im in a rush, so i take 'detours' on back roads, takes longer but your moving all the time and it helps to soothe the anger :dontgetit: Although taxi's who dont indicate/cut you up/swear at you etc generally make me swear in my head at them and just stereotype them as 'unfavourable characters', im not a 'horn' person as its just a bit unecessary, maybe they didnt mean to cut you up so dont get violet at them (unless its a sodding taxi), now im ranting!

I bottle it up normally, just walk away from whatevers getting to me. I tend not to do any spanner throwing, because that just ends up with dents in cars... Kicking walls when you've not got steelies on isnt a good idea either >_< The angry drive is another one i use to calm myself down, in about 5 minutes I'm normally cooled down. With my eardrums bleeding from high revs/too loud music.
