This is my Ridgeback which I use daily during the summer to ride the 10 miles into work and 10miles home again but its getting to cold now and I use the tow paths through east London and they get a little dodgy in the dark.

I have fitted SPD's to it now along with slicks and get much better performance.

My Raleigh Kalahari is so old I was afraid I wouldn't be able to replace the head set but thanks to juju on this forum :) I won one on Ebay and the old girl (bike) is as good as new.

No, that's not my house

I used to ride on & around the Ridgeway in Wiltshire from the Sanctuary at Avebury towards Banbury, and did the 3 Castles charity run a couple of times. Haven't sussed much off-road riding in South Devon yet.

I'm glad someone else noticed the pedals were missing :P

I have a lovely orange mountain bike which was a 13th birthday present (I'm now 22) - it cost £60 new

Haven't ridden it for years, just can't be arsed

Would like to start riding when I move house but I don't know if dad will let me take the bike since I think he's used it since I last did... And I am moving to a flat at the bottom of a hill :)

here are my two bikes i dont really ride the bmx
and the mountain bike is starting to get on my nerves because the gears keep jumping lol so ill be goin single speed soon  also i want a new frame for the mtb soon

Sweetser, is it jumping in gear or between gears? :ermm: If it's jumping in gear, then your rear hub has gone & the cassette has probably gone with it, but they're easily replaced. If it's jumping between gears then your cable is too tight or the derailleur needs resetting. Which won't cost anything & is a piece of p1ss to sort. :P

This is Muffaletta (I think I posted her before?). I picked her up in New Orleans when I was there for a conference in 2003 (I wanted a souvenir). She weighs a tonne & is only used for pootling & posing aboot town. Her armchair saddle is sooooooo comfy & her tyres are named "Badass". :)

Weekend bike (used to be commuter bike too, before I found Matilda  ), is called Eve as she's my first female-specific framed bike. She has Cannondale's first wimmins' frame (F500 fem), SID team race forks (hubba hubba), XTR drive train, Crank Bros candy pedals. She weighs less that a whippet with worms & she's my baby (although because she's so light & stiff she's incredibly skittish & you have to watch her back end... ) Another repost...

I also have an old skool rigid steelie in my cellar. He's called Tonka, but I ain't got no pics, and he's now a loan-bike for bikeless buddies.
