There is nothing i like more than to tesco and pick up a nice fresh loaf of bread (in my case kingmill everyday thick sliced) and make the biggest ever sandwich that my fridge will do. Oh only to get home and open it up to find its all moldy!!!! >:o The date states on it best before 13th dec so I could go back, but I really cant be bothered over a loaf of bread.
Has anyone else had this problem too?

Take it back demand a replacement loaf, and ask what they will do about the wear, tear and fuel used by the double hjourney your car has had to do.

I dont understand how this can happen. Im not sayign it doesnt, but i cant see how you can miss a mouse.

Firstly you weigh all the ingredients out and chuck it in a big mixing bowl, roughly 22 inches in diameter. Then after its mixed you cut and weigh the dough into pieces ready for kneeding, and then you kneed the dough and put it into a tin.
That is the only place the mouse can get into the loaf. They will hide in tins and then you chuck the dough on top.
It then goes into the proving machine and then into the oven, after its risen.
But if you are taught well you always clean the tins as flys and daddy longlegs like to hide in there.

Not only that but bakeries are very wary or health and safety. As you can imagine, beign in the food industry you have to be.

Im sure I would get my money back, and maybe some vouchers but its the hassel of going down there, waiting in the line for customer services which will take god knows how long as you always get people go there with the biggest of complaints, all for the sake of a £1.09 loaf of bread. Im going to have to nick some of my mums horrible bread with funny seeds in it!
