Mini 998, 0-60 Speed?

Hey could you guys tell me what your 0-60 speed is and what mods you have one?

it also depends what final drive you have

i guess the city E's are the slowest

about 5 hours when 998, swapped to a 1275 now and takes nearer half an hour, so a vast improvement

That must be downhill!

I think 17 seconds has been quoted but would be more with the leggy differential in an E.

A well tuned 998 could be nearer 10 -12.

Well i dunno how accurate it is but i timed mine using the stopwatch on my phone on a flat bypass near myself, parked up in the layby and caned it off, timed it at 11.7 mines a 998 with stage 1 kit and 1' 3/4 carb on it running on 10's

When i did mine it was slightly wet at the time cause i tried it a few days earlier and couldnt get traction off the line with it being so wet and did a 14.8 did it a few days later when it was a little drier

I know you cant hence why i said its not very accurate lol

I get about upto 25 in 1st, 40 in 2nd, 60 in 3rd then as you say in 5th its gutless

Mines on 10's aswell so acceleration will be faster than those on 13's

Never to 60, it's too loud! My first Mini had a 998 and I would have to say --- eventually it would get up to 60, but my ears couldn't handle it.

Well thats waht i can do, i must admit its loud but sounds well, just wondering if the remote box has anything to do with it, maybe different ratio's???
