Mclaren's record of producing a championship challenging (let alone winning) car hasnt really been the most consistant. The last time they were challenging for the title before this year was when kimi lost to schumacher in 2003.
However much people say the fia are on a mclaren witchunt, that wont be the reason mclaren dont win the championship. The only consistant producer of late has been ferrari, as they've always been there, or thereabouts. I wouldnt bet on lewis winning, kimi and ferrari have to be favorite.
