Manufacturing process
The Audioscape door enclosures replace the standard door pocket with a fibreglass moulding. The enclosure takes its design cues from the shape of the original pocket to create a cosmetically pleasing and acoustical functional enclosure. Incorporated in the design is a flush mounted grille which covers the speaker mounting baffle that can accept speakers up to 17cm/ 6 /12” in overall diameter.
The fibreglass construction is a composition of three layers of 450g chopstrand matt producing a sonically inert and rigid enclosure. This is then bonded to a 9mm mdf back, which allows the enclosure to be fixed from behind the door panel using the self-tapping screws provided.
Anyways.. i managed to get hold of a set... and a set of rainbow sl130 components as well..here
they took 2 months to arrive.
im thinking about selling them before ive even used them.
what sorta price should i be selling them for??
