Metcheck.com reckons no rain at all on sunday at the postcode above, so that's fairly promising.

What's the form? Do all the cars park on grass that's turned to mud? What I mean is....... will I get stuck??

Well at least thats one good thing that we wont all get drenched walking in and out of the hall!!!

My mates coming down in his 4x4 so if you do get stuck im sure he'll give you a hand getting out the mud !!!

Just an idea, but would it be worth while arranging a set time that all TMF members meet at the TMF stand?
Can all put names to faces then and get a group photo for the site!!

Well, there i was last night, Sitting with feet up putting some bits on fleabay and the car on Auto Trader... The Mrs got back from College at around 9pm and was soon harping on about her friend (who she goes to college with) is going to Alton Towers Water park and hotel this weekend and how good it's supposed to be (and cheap at short notice) so i flicked another tab open, had a quick look at it... and booked saturday night for all 6 of us!!

With the car being up for sale, i could see no point in adding excess mileage to it and suggested i empty the newly coach built transit on Friday night and head north on Saturday with the kids, luggage and a pretty empty 6ft cube in the rear section.

There's free entry to the water park, evening entertainment and bed and breakfast for £160 for all 6 of us!!!! which is nice!!

What is even nicer, is that when we wake up On Sunday Morning, We're 20 mins from Bingley... with holiday heads on and a Half empty Transit!!!!!!! (i'll be keeping the large tool box's on board containing axle stands, trolley jack, spanners, ratchets and a selection of automotive specific tooling... which now live on the van so wave at transits if you break down!!!!)

I also have about a 380 mile round trip, honestly though, is it worth it for trade stands/parts? As i do need some, especially after that drive!

380 miles pah.... i am travelling over 5500 miles to be there
