I went with £260, I came home with £220 :D

There was just nothing there!
But Himley sounds good with the new car boot idea.

Was a good show I thought, alot of spares and what not. Anybody get any pictures of that stunning green pickup just infront of the mini sport stand? :dontgetit:

I might have a pic or two of it i was parked right next to it in the kitted up yellow mini of my mates....Was the TMF stand the one right behind on the balcony???Couldn't really go far kept having to guard the car, people kept putting hands all over it and one cheeky bugger even climbed in it ^_^

I managed to find myself a nice pair of under riders for the clubby, GENUINE Rover ones, only 16quid each :D

Thanks for coming over Dog, took the front end for you! Guess it was too much trouble to e-mail back or phone me to tell me you didn't want it in the end.

Thanks.

Les.

Got some new Spax shocks, an SU rebuild kit, throttle cable and brake adjustment spanner.

Not the greatest show of the year but it is the first. Still worth the 300+ miles in a 30 year old mini! Good practice for this years BH2N :dontgetit:

Where was the TMF stand?

Was upstairs on the balcony, the one next to the mega star wars stand,on the end.

What the one that won it's class?

Might be the same kid who put his hands in my friend's car and started playing with the steering wheel because he had decided the red buttons were NOS buttons.

I thought it was a good show, not as good as the 1st time i went 3 years ago now.

Saw a few of you by the TMF stand but i was too shy to say hi :dontgetit: lol. Who's was the clubby on the stand? I was perving over that as its kinda how i want mine looking. Monty was looking good now its all fixed Raz :D

Got my hands on some mini special wheels for the new clubby, £40 for 5 :teehee: need a refurb but shouldn't cost too much. subscribed to mini mag as well, i always go to the shop and buy it every month so i thought i may as well just have it delivered for cheaper ^_^

Bring on next years bingley, I'm hoping to have the clubby somewhere near finished for the new show season of 2009. If not ill be in the polo buying more parts :D

A big thankyou to the three blokes who helped get the transit out of the mudbath!!!! and a scowl at the to553r who cut infront of me as i came off the curb and caused me to stop and get stuck in the first place!!!

I didn't spend anything!!! wife paid the entrance fee and donuts. i saw lots of tat... lots of scrap, and a very nice sprint shell!!!

when i got home, the ropes holding the cover on the mini had been taken off, the spare had been taken off the bonnet and someone had been mooching around it. battery now indoors for safe keeping.. though they wouldn't get far with no seats and not a lot of fuel.... and waking the town up starting it!!!!!
