I know it's nothing to do with Mini's, but look - isn't this cool? It's my car as a Transformer!

The 405 still handles like a Mini, and it's faster! :) >_<

I still like Mini's though... Just keeping my hand in, should I decide to buy another one in the future! :w00t:

Well i have a 406, and it handles like a beached whale. Compared to the mini anyway.
And by the time ive finished rebuilding this engine the mini should be quicker of the mark too. (well hopefully)

Anyone who scoffs at the 405 Mi16's handling and performance obviously doesn't know what they're talking about...

But I dont want to argue about it anyway. Just wanted to show you the picture, that's all... >_<

Heheheh...nice. I can 'one-up' it a little though :)

Here's a revised version of my original 'Mini' 'bot, Chance! :(

Yes, there are a few little niggles, but remember this was drawn by an American who'd never seen an original Mini in his life. All in all, I don't think he did too bad a job of him.

That is cool man. If only cars could really do that eh? :)

And even standard 405's handle well. Putting an Mi16 engine in a 205 is such a waste... The 405 Mi16 handles no worse than a GTi, it's only that a 205 is more respected in boy racer circles... A classic car that most people will never evn get the chance to see let alone drive... :(

Mi16's rock

Too many have been chopped up and dropped into 205's

Getting quite a rare car now.

205 mi16s are great, you must of been in some pretty shonky 205s if they handle the same as a 405? I've never heard of the 405 mi16s getting the oil surge issues that the 205 mi16s do as the cornering speeds in a 405 are so much slower.. go to any trackday and you won't see a 405 in sight..... but quite a handful of 205 GTis

still, I quite like the old 405 mi16s (and bx 16vs for that matter), they are cool motors :)
