What happens when you are blocked by a user on here and try to send them a message?

Might have to wait until they see this thread before they know that you're trying to contact them.

So if it says that their inbox is full then it may well be they actually so have a full inbox, its just i have been trying to contact this person for 2 weeks or so and have heard nothing back tried an email and still nothing

Post a message telling the member there inbox is full so they can do something about it, they may not realise its full.
