welcome :-
long as you read it, and play it safe using paypal its good.

just becareful what you buy, and where from.
never give away your details to anybody,

oh, and you need a debit or bank account info to set one up.
if I remember correctly when you set one up, they also phone you and give you a code to make sure your the right person :-

hope that helps.

I didn't hav to do that...

But they deposited two small amounts in my bank account, of £0.xx and £0.xx ... I then took the 4 digits represented by 'x' and had to put them into the Paypal website, this verifies that it's my bank account and not someone elses
