well as far as good gym music goes, i'd say dance music is definitely the best
like a good compilation..think i have clubland something or other its advertised on the tv
not the normal kind of music i listen to but for working out i love it makes me want to keep on going rather than give up after 5 minutes

speaking of gyms i better get back to it tomorrow too much christmas pud & choccies >_<

you need some hardcore metal in the way of stampin ground/hatebreed/born from pain. or some feel good uplifting metal like killswitch engage. if that dont give you determination then your better off with spice girls lol

I'm finding it hard to get self motivated about the gym.. i used to go and loved it. but the last couple of days ive really been struggling.
Was bought an ipod touch for crimbo.. so i thought perhaps some music might help me.
Ive already got some of the prodigy songs, pendulum and a few drum and bass songs with quick beats.. but is there any others i can use.

im trying to sway away from using the rocky theme tune or the eye of the tiger also! :)

Forget dance, forget rock, what you need is encouragement being played to you,you need chubby brown and that old favourite love song, you fat b*****d.
it can really motivate you.myself i will stick to gym's cafe. ;D
