Sunroof Spraying

Does any one no if u can spray a full sunroof on an 89 mayfair or does it have to be covered with vinyl?? its black at the mo and i want it to match the car colour!!

if its the webasto style suroof - big square on runners - and made of vinyl, then there are specialist paints you can get.

Halfords used to sell it but not sure whether they still do?

specialist auto-paint shop would be the ideal first place to try... >_<

Ive got a webatso sunroof in my clubby and the inside was white/beige colour and my headliner was black so i just used satin black spray on it and it worked a treat, doesnt crack and looks really good has the same textured finish as it did before......
I would say its possible to do it and shouldnt have any real problems with it

i cant see why vinyl paint from halfords and clear laquer wouldnt work. seems ok on my headlining.

yea its an austin mini mayfair 89, it has the sunroof on rollers as you wer saying, the car is red and the sunroof is black im thinking of puting on white stripe and white alloys was just wondering if i would be able to spray the sunroof white or mayb red, has anyone any ideas on cost of this?

If its a glass roof then you can buy window tint in colours, buy some of this either white or red and apply it too the glass, this way it wont look too solid and will still let light into your car :-

what about spraying the roof?
the roof is currently red, same colour as the car but i would like to spray it white, would anyone know where i could get this done and how much it would cost to do?

you could paint it your self with a roller

yea but id be scared of wrecking it, ive never done anythin like that before, would you know how much it would cost to do it properly?
