Kick Starting The New Year

Im only using it to get back down to the size i was in september (losing about 7lbs) but i think that in precisely 2 hours i will proberly be giving up! ( although the 6 tins in the cupboard of it seem such a waste! ) The after taste us horrible i think im going to be sick
I dont understand how people can stick to it! Im hungry already

I was gunna try and lose a bit of weight this year... I keep saying I'll start tomorrow though

started going swiming before xmas and lost 4 lb
so when i go back to uni i will go again!
Slimfast was on offer so worked out cheaper than eating properly (student)

I'm also attempting to lose weight as a resolution, as I ate LOADS over Xmas, but have lost precisely nothing so far
4lb is great progress though! Well done you!

I didnt think i was that fat so i sticking to my goal of one stone
hopefully ill drop a dress size and get a bit fitter! Swimming i think is the best thing! I hate the gym very depressing place!

having a slim fast shake in morning, 1/2 tim soup for dinner, other half for tea.
& LOTS OF WATER!!
i hate the gym too, so swimming is the ebst bet for me. but i can't afford it yet, not until payday on the 15th anyway!!

Well good luck to you!! I dont have time for anything anymore =[ It's sad saying that at 18 isn't it!Well i getting up now at 7 and going swimming then this gives me time to get home and do some uni work.

I'm aiming to lose a stone also. I had brown toast for breakfast and have brought a chicken salad for lunch I need to feel full though or I just get the munchies

We tend to watch DVD accompanied but popcorn or doritoes
Its also difficult moving from home to uni! At uni if i dont buy it i cant eat it at home there food aplenty!

Ive started too, Ive decided I better actually stick to my diet, as I havent been that strict on myself, especially around xmas time! I have also started sit ups again, and jogging. I went swimming the other day, after not swimming for about 7 years, and I still managed to do 60 lengths!
Im really trying to keep this up, when I got out of the pool the other day I was buzzing, and slept really well that night too.
Im not going to join the gym yet, but if I get bored of sit ups and jogging I might well do!
Good luck girlies, keep it up. Make sure you drink lots of water too

..well i was 10 and i had my wisdom tooth pulled out so i can't eat solid food. but i remember it being great..
hmm...i wonder if you could drink IV liquid and not eat anything like a coma patient...its only 600 calories a day
