Well today i start my new diet >_< bing a great food lover its difficult! I also thought id post on here to inform you how discusting slim fast really is!

Im only using it to get back down to the size i was in september (losing about 7lbs) but i think that in precisely 2 hours i will proberly be giving up! ( although the 6 tins in the cupboard of it seem such a waste! ) The after taste us horrible i think im going to be sick :dontgetit:

I dont understand how people can stick to it! Im hungry already :dontgetit:

Urgh, I tried to lose weight using it once, was so disgusting I gave up after two or three shakes and just ate salad etc for a while.

I'm also attempting to lose weight as a resolution, as I ate LOADS over Xmas, but have lost precisely nothing so far >_<

4lb is great progress though! Well done you!

i'm the same. need to lose around a stone & half - 2 stone.

having a slim fast shake in morning, 1/2 tim soup for dinner, other half for tea.

& LOTS OF WATER!!

i hate the gym too, so swimming is the ebst bet for me. but i can't afford it yet, not until payday on the 15th anyway!!

I have no time for swimming or the gym! I'm up at 6 as it is to walk the dog and then have too much to do in the evenings! Would love to go though. Just have to find another way to drop a few million dress sizes! >_<

I find swimming far more effective than the gym, mainly because I hated the gym so was always finding excuses not to go.

I'm aiming to lose a stone also. I had brown toast for breakfast and have brought a chicken salad for lunch :dontgetit: I need to feel full though or I just get the munchies >_<

Noooo not slim fast!!! >_<

Ive started too, Ive decided I better actually stick to my diet, as I havent been that strict on myself, especially around xmas time! I have also started sit ups again, and jogging. I went swimming the other day, after not swimming for about 7 years, and I still managed to do 60 lengths! :dontgetit:

Im really trying to keep this up, when I got out of the pool the other day I was buzzing, and slept really well that night too.

Im not going to join the gym yet, but if I get bored of sit ups and jogging I might well do!

Good luck girlies, keep it up. Make sure you drink lots of water too :dontgetit:
