Know of any good camp sites nearby?

Trevelgue (sp) - the caravan park! It's not just caravans, there's plenty of camping space too

It says camping is booked on the site.. I'll give them a ring tomorrow.
Or does it mean its booked for Rivrun? and not fully booked? lol!
Guess I'll find out tomorrow, I'll get it up on here when i no if its fully booked or not.

camping won't be!! So long as you can find a space to pitch your tent, you'll be fine. I very much doubt the people at trevelgue will send you and your £25 away!!

As Bungle said the site is mahoosive and caters for the Run to the Sun VW event...so am sure there will be room to fit everyone in....plus Trevelgue will want you £25!!

When we got there last year (yeah we were late due to the whole KOD father putting a con rod through its engine) we struggled to find ground to camp on. I had to ask a couple of people to move there cars off the grass so we could have somewhere. everywhere else was packed! So if your going to camp, dont get there late!

Saying that, the only reason why we struggled to find somewhere to camp is because we firstly wanted to camp up on that bit and secondly because those people had parked like fools!! There was plenty of space!!

in the summer i was down there they open up the other fields when its full for camping so im sure if space is tight they might open up past the bottom where the camping with electric are is
