Hi people,

Where i am building my mini (my m8s stables) is not really suitable for painting the car at. Any ideas? I live in Surrey (Ash/Camberley) Area and was wondering if i should get a professional job (disadvantage of course being cost, poor student haha), or possibly renting out some ones garage that paints and wouldn't mind me using it for a few days.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Could always ask if you could rent a spraybooth on a Saturday at a bodyshop, if you go to a smallish bodyshop, they might be interested. Failing that, you could make a tent out of plastic sheeting! water down the floor, and make sure it's ventilated. Oh and ask the Horses to leave, they probably wouldn't like paint fumes.

My unit is located on a farm, and the next unit was converted to a stable whist a mare had her foal, we painted a car when the foal was a day old and when I saw the thing yesterday it looked good to me, had a bit of a hoarse cough though!

We nicknamed it 2pack!!
