Will the inner sill not correct that hole - I thought they usually came to the first 'groove' in the floor pan.

will that be sufficient? i.e stop the rust spreading... ir will i need something to cover that hole then put the inner sill over the top.. i suppose it doesnt have to pass an mot so should be ok as long as i cut out as much of the rust i can..

There should only be one thickness of metal there - using the inner sill you have as a template cut out the rot and weld the inner sill in its place. You shouldn't cover holes up - cut them out to good metal and then replace (in this case with the inner sill).

Hi,
1X n/s rear floor pan £14.50
1X o/s rear floor pan £14.50
1X n/sfront floor pan £11.95
1X n/sfront floor pan £11.95
Postage to the isle of man £30.00
Total £82.90

is this good.... i knew the postage would be loads! grr

plus it doesnt cost anything more to post a parcel from say birmingham to london that to post one from birmingham to the isle of man! i hate people who take advantage of us just because we live on an island lol

Hiya you may want to bare in mind that if the floor has gone under the cross member that these panels do not do that i usually bu another rear floor section to cut up and use in place that way you get the swage lines flow from front to rear.
