Sorry bout that.

1. I don't know the exact way to bed a new engine in but its something like you keep the revs to 2k for the first 100 miles, 3k for the first 500, and 3k for the first 1000, with oil swaps at those points as well.
2.Yes, from what I've heard VMax are very good.
3.ermm, just don't cain the arse off it all the time. Any keep it well mantained.
4. I think the boost should be about 4 or 6? But you'll have to double check with one of the turbo guys on here.
5.Don't know.

whats it had done? is therea new turbo?rings?cam?

there are a fair different theories out there for bedding in an engine! though it depends on whats new

if theres a new cam when you first fire it up you will have to hold the revs up to alow the cam and followers to bed in.

As for driving it, you will need to use what(wide open throttle) p to around 4k rpm then let it drop back down, this way the rings ont glaze but theres enough pressure in the cylinder to expand the rings out agaians the cylinder wall to bed them in. il have a read up on the exact way 2night

cheers, its had brand new pistons and rings fitted,
the cam is an avonbar phase 2, its not brand new it was in the engine already, all though it has been tacken out and refitted, so i asume the same apply for the followers?

thanks for your help
