The engine must have been screaming at you at 110MPH!!!
I had my mini at 95MPH on the way home from buying it and i thought the engine was going to explode so let off the fast pedal and cruised at 70MPH for the rest of the journey!!!

She was OK. about 3900 rpm. It was quite loud & the driver's door was wibbling about a bit too much. Actually, so were my eyeballs. Not to be repeated.

Sounds like a bit of a trek!

Yea, I didnt walk it though

Did anybody's mini break down on the way home?
I saw about 6 mini's on the side of the M6 waiting for the AA to come and rescue them.
Was glad mine was on my trailer instead!!!

Yea, well I didnt break down as such, went to fill up petrol when we were nearly home, about an hour away and monty wouldnt start again, had to get a jump start :D Naughty boy!

Bloody hell Juju 110 :-. I did 70/80/90mph most the time, didnt push it anymore, too risky too! Plus at 70mph+ me and Jammy cant hear each other talking!! haha!

Sorry to go off topic but that's suprisingly low, even for a MPi. Mine would do about 4500rpm @ 95mph! Maybe I misread the rev counter or something.
