hiya..im thinking about buying this mini but as you can see from the pic it needs some working doing on it..can anyone help me in giving me advice on what i can do with this and the costs of cleaning and fixing it.

Well it's obvious that the seam inbetween the scuttle and the wing has been filled with body filler for some reason, probably due to rust. Get a strip wheel on a grinder and remove it! then you should see what's underneath. It could need a new scuttle and wing.

...do you know how much on average a scuttle and wing cost? would i need to do any welding?
