Moss are quite good, ive used the manchester branch many times, friendly staff and they have alot of items that are not easily found on other websites due to the expanded diagrams. Best to order to pickup and branch rather than going in to make sure they have it.

Ive used the moss in Hanworth can't say anything bad about them, no problems.

I also use the moss in Hanworth (London). Its near me so its easier to drive down and pick up what I need. They are also good with returns, I have returned many stuff to them before.

My other half always seems to be in the Manchester Moss branch asking questions and ordering parts, really helpful and very patient when asked even the silliest questions
