woohooo i got my first flash and wave from another mini owner the other day lol!

i was told before i got the min that thiss is what people do, but either everyones really ignorant or they dont wave to you anymore up here!
but it made me feel loved and part of the mini crew lol!

I get waved at all the time. It's usually me that does the flashing though!

It does seem to happen less and less these days,but I always wave, if I see another mni in time

I try not to flash, just wave...my flasher stalk has a nasty habit of falling out!
its great though, just feel silly when im driving something else and forget..get some odd looks!

i tend to get lots of smiles because my minis quite pink! but you get the awful girls who just give you the evils because they are obviously jealous!! lol

It's always nice to hear comments about your mini, I always find its the older generation who comment, as most of them have owned or driven a mini, and many have had a mini van for work when younger.

The number of times I've been stopped and ended up chatting for almost an hour is silly, but hey if Katie can put a smile on my face its very nice knowing she puts a smile on other peoples faces too

aww this is my favourite part of owning a mini. if someone else is in the car with me they always say 'who was that?' they think they must be flashing because they know me non mini people eh?

i parked in tescos yesterday and this little kid must have been about 4 walked by with his dad and he says to his dad 'look at that mini dad'...starting them young

It is great when people in other Minis wave at you

My Mini wouldn't start again tonight and a family walked past then the little girl looked back and shouted "look at that cool car" Shame it wouldn't start!
