Can I fail my mot on a rear lense that has cracked and been glued back together by me. Also my seats lift slightly about a inch before the seat hoops catch them. Is this normal?

standard seats do move a little

as for the lights i think as long as you can only see the right colour its ok

but someone may correct me on this
