TORQUE DOWN OF HEAD

HI,
COULD YOU ADVISE WHAT I SHOULD HAVE MY HEAD TORQUED DOWN TO AFTER A 100 OR SO MILES. I HAVE ARP BOLTS, DO I STILL NEED TO TORQUE DOWN?

i dont have ARP studs on mine, but i do em to 50ft/lb

ok. i was told it says 55 in the haynes manual. does this still apply?

i do mine to 60 all round, don;'t know if ARP bolts make a diffrence to that.

ARP say 40 ft/lb for their head studs.

40 lb/f and use arp lube or engine assemply lube!
