its booked in on thursday next week for the tin opener and then all we have to do is get it rolling roaded as it only does about 20 mpg and its a 1000
I have got the new bumpers on and found some more rust under the back bumper lip :saywhat:
sarah will have it on the riviera run so look out for it and say hi :cheese:

But you'll get it done by the summer and (hopefully) hot weather
I know it spoils the look - but I'm glad I had my sunroof put into my black roof - i used to swelter in the hot weather on long runs......now get a cool breeze......and dazzled by the sun.

Do you still have the original manual sunroof as above, if so how much for it so I can fill in this big gapping hole in this mini I have bought :grin:but we found a wabasto sun roof on ebay and bought that ( cheap solution ) , then found we could not find any one in cornwall to fit it  . We did find a helpfull guy who said that if we found a newer one he did have the templates to fit thouse .

took about 7 hours to cut the hole fit the roof and refit the head lining as its a electric one we droped some wires down the A pillar and connected the wiring out through the open window under the bonnet to the fuse box so that we could test it .
all i now have to do is mount the switch somewhere and wire it all in.
so almost there now

ps i still havent wired the roof in so the only way to open the roof is to open the door and bonnet find the lose wires under the dash and touch tham on a live feed in the fuse box and the other to earth
