Free health-care, free schooling, free milk and food tokens for the under privileged, cash handouts from the government when we need it (benefits), free prescriptions for hundreds of thousands of people with long term medical conditions...... I could go on, but I won't!

England really isn't so bad! :ermm:

OTH, if we let scotland be independent we could make things cheaper here by saving all that money we support them with... :D

...and use the money to pay for all the electricity you'd be importing from us :teehee:

20% of Scotland's generated electricity is exported, most of it to England. Also, you'd need somewhere to keep your nuclear subs... I suppose the Thames might do.
