They are just like the ones posted in the ebay link above. These have all the wiring attached so you just need to drill 2 small holes for each lamp then attach the wiring to the existing wiring on the car. They fasten on with two plastic knobs which you screw on/off by hand so you can easily take them off occasionally to make sure the metal below isn't rusting etc.
what are these off?????

are there any know reverse lens known to fit too???

The fiestas normally used a pair with one on each corner of the rear bumper, so they would have been just rear fog lamps. But you might with a bit of searching you might find some clear lenses for them, so one could be used as a revering light.
