it seems very clear by reading a few other bits that there is defo damage to the piston/pistons lets hope its just a ring or somthing.
1. could i confirm the piston damage by doing a compression test?
2. what damage is there likely to be to the bores? if it need honing am i buggerd because it has been done before at least once
3. also how can you advise to help this stop happening again?
could it even be a leak on the seals on the turbo?
thanks guys!!

1. Yes
2. You won't know until you take the head off
3. Depends what you find, are all your crank case breathers open, if any are blocked the pressure will find other ways out, did you make sure your piston ring gaps were in different places, have you got any good pics of your engine to post up, maybe something simple

i havent got any decent pics of the engine, think im just gona have to wait til monday when he takes off the head.
ive been told the cause is prob because it was to lean and it was to advanced.
but it ran like a beauty before the intercooler was plumbed up therefore allowing the turbo to boost

Was the car running for a while before the intercooler was fitted and is that the only change that been done before the problem started?

yer it had run a lil while with out the turbo connected up as soon as the intercooler was connected then the problem started
