Ye i do some silly things!! I ahva garage now tho except its about 60 Yaards from the abck of my house. So i made a heavy duty extension lead and run it up the alley way when im in the garage working, has justa socket each end so always out of the weather

I have one of those, just be aware that a residual current anti zapping device will struggle to work with a long cable particularly if any of it is still coiled.

All the air you suck in one end of a hoover has to come out the other end >_< - visions of 'fit to burst' black bags bouncing around drives 'n humming like demented bagpipes up & down the country. You could just put the vac inside the car before you plug it in.

I've tried hoovering with the vacuum cleaner inside the car & I could just about get her clean & not pop my spine if I took the seats out first, I reckon. :D (my vac's so poopy that it just blows the dust out the other end, anyway, so I'd just be redistributing the muck aboot my min-min.... >_< )

They didn't move unless I started playing on corners!

Juju... I bought a fancy pants Dustbuster to use in the minis........ Got it out at Bingley hall for the first time (years ago) to clean up some fake snow we'd used on a show stand..... It wouldn't even suck that up!!! It was rubbish! >_<

Went back to lugging Henry outside to clean the cars...... :D

We had one of those for the landie. Absolute poop-poop. I think it's in the dressing up box now, to be turned into some kind of sci-fi weapon. :bah:

Yeah, I should have bought a heavy-duty henry when we moved. Instead our poor little phillips has been subjected to brick-dust, cat litter, coal dust, flint chippings from the cellar & gods know what else. Maybe I should just get Matilda & Tommy their own sucky-upper? :-

I got a little portable one for Rupert, its so much easier than messing about with cables as a have to park him on the street.

A good clean is all I have planned for him this weekend - he's a dirty boy again >_<

Started today - fitting the speedo sensor to the van and got the air horns working. Tomorrow I'm doing a mates front brakes - for the third time >_<. I'm getting worried about leaving the van outside the garage now with all this talk of hurricanes! If it isn't too bad tomorrow though I may polish it while its outside, should make it look purdy.

Now that I've got that rhubarb hub nut off I'm going to take out the driveshaft and change the inner and outer CV boots, and the ball joints.
