had a slight breeze between 3am and 8am but nothing major here... i thought a tree may have come down when i got called out at 7am but it was Jack Straws Burglar alarm  it's mildly moist outside but nothing excessive.... and we cleared the entire garden into the shed and tarped, roped and weighed down the mini's.

Its good waking up to birds and squirrel's looking in at you

lol, awwwwwwwww!!

Wow ace photos Teapot, Bless Mrs Teapot  :P

On the way to work today, there was a tree down in the road, luckily you could get round it but it was covering my side of the road. I left early anyway as I got into work a lot earlier than 8.30, but im so glad I left early because the roads were so busy! Normally it is busy most the way,but there is a certain point where its fine, but today it was soo busy!

On the way home there were fire engines (neeeee norrrrrrrr) ourside a house near mine, someones chimney had fallen off! :ermm:

I love storms, I was looking out the window at work, and really wanted to be out in it, I wanted to take photos :P

Monty is Ok at the moment, just a little bit cold and wet!!

Dunno what your all so scared about?
Ive got a HUGE Ash tree less then 3 meters from my house (I'll take a pic of the view from my bedroom window tomos) then a Oak tree a few meters from that. That doesn't bother me anymore due to the fact theres f all i can do and it it falls over i have like 1% chance of surviving.. life goes on. Its good waking up to birds and squirrel's looking in at you lol (i leave my curtains open over night) every morning though :P

Thinking about it now, even if the tree falls away from the house the roots under the house will pull it down anyway.. hmm, I'm screwed
Getting a tad windy now too, i love the sound it makes.

I have a massive and i mean massive Oak tree in my front garden aswell it would just crush my house and my room as its at the front :P we normally move our cars because massive lumps of it always fall down in bad weather.

I love weather like this. I think it about time we had a damn good thunder storm personally.

Ive just listened to the news reports, there were some interesting things happen, like a garage roof got blown off somehwere.

I phoned mum earlier and they had a tree down further up the road, blocking the road.

The waves down at the coast were pretty big too apparently, there was a news report earlier of them reaching 12 foot or something earlier, cant remember where they said now though.

In Selsey Bill, West Sussex, a lifeboat was sent to rescue 30 people from a caravan park after flood defences were breached at high tide.

I used to go on holiday there. One year we were just leaving as a hurricane hit. I stood on the wall on the sea front to take pics of the waves crashing really high above the defenses further up the coast. Mum was holding on to me though.

As long as isn't bad (in the north) on Sunday I don't mind, don't fancy running for sport relief in stormy weather
