thought id put some upto date pictures of my car on so you can see how it is getting on!

mods for the near future include ERA alloys and sportspack arches and a new black carpet and dash rails. i also need a new steering wheel and my mum is currently retriming my rear seats to match my bucket seats!

I dont recon you should get clear lenses as everyones doin that now. Why dont you try smoked ones, they will go with the roof and contrast with the white bodywork. Black plates might look cool as well. Ive done that and it completely changes the look to old skool.

yeah thats a good idea but i aint payin top price for them they cost £40i i might try that tint spray you can get i have got a spare lense i can try it on too.

doh i did think about black plates! i just brought new normal ones, when i tried to get them for my old car the place wouldnt sell them to me as they are illegal!

in the long run i am gonna respray it gun mettle grey with a carbon fiber bonnet should look cool!

Should look well sweet in those colours. More classy but less in ya face. Carbons the way forward now and it looks great too.(bit expensive though)

Black plates might look cool as well. Ive done that and it completely changes the look to old skool.

My car has black plates. I think I'll probably put black plates on all the minis I drive from now on.

where can you buy black numberplates from and are they legal if your car didnt have them fitted in the first place?

black plates are only legal if the car was made before 1/1/1973 and most places wont make them for newer cars
