But it is seldom that as many as 50,000 are set free at any one time, and often many fewer.

Any non UK resident claiming asylum and benefits is allowed by law to drive any vehicle without MOT or tax. Insurance will be paid for by the benefits agency, and if there is any change have a beer on us.
