Ive fitted a 'Turbo Guage' to my Mini as people sed it will improve proformance but nothing seems to be happening, Have I missed somthing else I had to add?

i az got a wel wikd mini, it az masiv arches and neons evrywhr, it goz wel fast, lik 0-70 in 3 secs wiv a ferari engin.
