i started the ball rolling on selling parts for shoebox sized cars, got a discount from one company, but im not sure the risk of buying some parts and not selling them is a wise one. im not sure the company is right either

I think you just need to be more positive and push it a bit harder - more energy you put in, more results you will get. what parts you got deals on?

you need to cut the middle man out - go direct to the main supplier, find out how much they need you to spend to take you seriously and then try and get the sales in place before you buy.
